Ted is an equity partner of DA VEGA | FISHER | MECHTENBERG LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Ted worked in the SF Bay Area, Washington state, and Ventura where his practice focused on commercial litigation, product liability, insurance bad faith, and personal injury matters.

Practice Areas
Ted's legal career began in the Bay Area where he worked for two civil litigation defense firms handling all types of personal injury matters. In 2007 Ted moved to Seattle, Washington where joined a plaintiff's personal injury firm. While in Seattle, Ted handled on all kinds of personal injury claims including medical malpractice, products liability, construction accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, and maritime accidents. Ted obtained a number of favorable settlements and verdicts for his clients while working in Seattle. Ted returned to California in 2011 and joined the Ventura, California office of Anderson Kill where he specialized in suing insurance companies for breach of contract and bad faith.
